We went to visit Doug and AJ on our Worker's Day Holiday last Friday (1 May) and I noticed the Autumn trees for the first time in their garden- beautiful. We had a wonderful lunch with them and watched a slideshow they had put together of their trip to Angola. They should both go into tourism because at the end of it- I was seriously considering moving there. There were so many fascinating things that they told us about the place and the pictures were incredible. Noticing trees- I noticed something I had never noticed about palm trees before as I was stuck in traffic driving home from work today- they sparkle! None of the other trees shine. I have never been one for palms- but in the late afternoon light- they were shining and beautiful.
Time for bed! By the way- the time on my posts is not accurate. A few people have commented on it- but I can assure you that I never blog away at 3 in the morning! I think my blog is on American time.
